Offre d’emploi : Chargé de compte chez Lagardère Unlimited

La personne recrutée sera intégrée à l’équipe des ventes et en charge de l’identification de nouveaux partenaires. Vous devrez augmenter les revenus sponsoring pour les évènements Lagardère Unlimited : The Legg Mason Tennis Classic, Citi Open, San Diego Triathlon, The Showcase (college basketball doubleheader), Kick It and Hoop It Up, Style360 (Fashion Week Shows) et Barclay’s Center events, en plus de prochains évènements qui seront organisés. Le poste est basé à New-York.


Responsabilités

– Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships for Lagardere Unlimited event properties & Grassroots Sports Tours
– Achieve individual and team sales goals for each event and property
– Maintain and build an organized database of sales contacts and leads
– Develop presentations and sales materials as needed to successfully achieve new partnerships for Lagardere Unlimited clients
– Support sales team counterparts, maintain open communication, and assist in identifying sales leads across all event properties and within other Lagardere Unlimited divisions
– Deliver presentations to potential partners and regularly participate in sales meetings
– As necessary, work alongside the Lagardere Unlimited Events team to fulfill sponsorship deliverables and service the account
– Stay current on event sales strategies and provide recommendations on how to enhance sponsorship proposals and sales tactics to ensure Lagardere Unlimited properties are being marketed as effectively as possible
– Consistently develop new sales ideas and marketing concepts to create successful partnerships between Lagardere Unlimited clients and appropriate brands/companies

 

Capacités et expérience souhaitées

– Minimum of 1 – 3 years of sales experience, brand or agency experience preferred
– In depth understanding of the sales process and how todevelop corporate partnerships
– A strategic thinker who takes ownership and initiative while working well within a team environment
– Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice
– Passion for the sports marketing industry and knowledge of the event and sponsorship landscape
– University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
– Ability to travel 20-30% of time
– Excellent communication skills, including presenting and writing abilities
– Ability to create and cultivate relationships
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; web design skills and Photoshop skills a plus
