Offre de Stage : Havas Sports & Entertainment – Corporate Communications

The Havas Sports & Entertainment Global Team based in Paris is looking for a full-time Anglophone intern for a period of 6 months to work on internal and external corporate communications for the Global Havas SE network. The intern will work within the Marketing and Communications team, reporting in to the Network Communications Manager.

The mission of the communications intern:
Support the development of the agency’s Marketing and Communications plan for 2014 and 2015, which includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

– Support on internal projects such as the writing, editing and uploading of the network newsletter and internal engagement projects
– Participating in Press relations projects, including monitoring of press coverage
– Support with event planning on corporate events
– Social Media support: drafting and scheduling content for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Slideshare and LinkedIn pages
– Network website review and updating
– Managing monthly trend-watching blog
– Research for industry conference preparation
– Supporting on Global Awards submissions and tracking
– Weekly monitoring of relevant industry news articles and sharing
– Help with other communications activities as needed

Requirements:
– “Convention de stage” is required
– Strong writing skills in English
– Excellent attention to detail, proof reading, analysis and synthesis
– Ability to work independently and also within a team, enthusiasm, hunger for knowledge, reactivity and proactivity, flexibility and boldness
– Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
– Full-time interns preferred, but part-time will be considered on an individual basis
– Strong command of Office Pack (Word, excel, PowerPoint) and internet
– Command of French (we are a francophone environment)
– Other languages appreciated (Spanish)

The internship will start mid-November (around November 19th 2014) for a period of 6 months.
